Tony has been a VFX artist for 16 years. After starting as a generalist and a rigger in small, TV-focused companies, for the last 8 years he has specialized in groom, working as a senior artist in film. His portfolio now includes major films such as Lion King (Scar and Zazu grooms), Blade Runner 2049 (Rachael), Wonder Woman (Diana) and many more. From photoreal CG doubles with extreme haircuts to furry animals, fantasy creatures and photoreal birds, he's worked on pretty much any kind of groom you can think of, focused not only on image quality but also time management and compatibility for simulation and other departments and led teams of groom artists, providing feedback, technical help and training.
