Melanie Yu

Melanie Yu is a Los Angeles based visual development and background artist working in the animation industry. She has worked for studios such as Disney, DreamWorks, Warner Brothers, and Wild Canary. Prior to her career in animation, she has also worked as a toy designer and freelance illustrator for various companies. Born and raised in China, she moved to California and went to Art Center College of Design where she got her Bachelor Degree in Illustration with a focus on entertainment arts.
