Enhance your design work

In this course, you will go through the most up -to-date methods of design used in the entertainment industry today. You will use different methods and strategies that will allow you to communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations. You will learn the proper tools and familiarize yourself with the best methods to gather ideas and how to focus on what the outcome needs to be, starting with sketching both on paper and digitally. You will learn how to paint make-up designs, sculpt in 3D, and photobashing in Photoshop. Each week, you will be learning different methods to apply in each assignment. Special attention will be given to the most used method in the industry, using a hybrid technique of 2D & 3D. You'll learn to take your concepts to next-level realism. At the end of the course, you will have sketches, make-up design pieces, 3D concepts, and final realistic concept art pieces for your portfolio.

Luca Nemolato studied at the Artistic Lyceum of Naples, Italy in 2010 specializing in painting, sculpture and architecture he is a concept artist, art director, illustrator, 3D artist, CG modeler & texture artist who has worked on numerous titles such as Independence Day Resurgence, Hunger Games Mockingjay, Noah,Maleficent, Planet of the Apes and tv shows such as Falling Skies, Once Upon a Time, Pixels, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Edge of Tomorrow, Maleficent, and X-Men: Days of Future Past
